These terms apply to purchases on the Bren-nholz website. The terms shown when you place your order apply to your purchase. Products are offered subject to displayed stock. Products marked out of stock cannot be ordered. Prices are in euros, including taxes. The price and total shown before confirmation are final for the recorded order. If a price changes while you browse, the website asks you to review the updated cart before ordering.

Standard delivery in Germany is included. No payment is required by the carrier. No new price is imposed after confirmation. Separate quote requests do not alter orders already confirmed.

Add products to your cart, check quantities and total, then enter your contact details and a full delivery address in Germany. An account is optional. You can correct your cart and details before confirmation.

After accepting the terms of sale and reading the cancellation terms and privacy policy, click “Place order with obligation to pay”. This submits your order and commits you to paying the displayed amount, without affecting your cancellation rights. The website records the order and displays its reference and final total on the confirmation page. No bank debit is made by the website.

Keep the confirmation information. If exceptional unavailability occurs after recording, Bren-nholz informs you and agrees a solution; no substitution is imposed without your consent.

Thank you for your order. Make your bank transfer using the order reference. Payment will be confirmed once funds are actually received, then your order will be prepared for dispatch.

Use the displayed bank details and exact account holder name. This account is used by the accountant to receive payments for Bren-nholz orders. Bank details may be replaced by the administration. If unsure before paying, contact Bren-nholz with your order reference.

A recorded order remains awaiting payment until funds are actually received. Sending a transfer receipt does not confirm payment. Receipt is verified by an administrator before preparation and dispatch. Goods remain the seller's property until full payment.

Delivery included in Germany, within 2 to 4 working days after funds are actually received. No payment to the carrier.

Working days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The delivery period begins on actual receipt of payment, not order confirmation or submission of a receipt. Delivery is to the German address provided when ordering.

For pallets, provide truck access and a firm, level unloading area accessible by pallet truck. Gravel, grass and steep slopes prevent pallet movement. Report access restrictions before ordering.

The FAQ describes pallet unloading with a tail lift and pallet truck at the property boundary. Arrange for someone to receive the goods and report special constraints before purchasing. No transport surcharge is imposed after confirmation. Contact us to agree a solution if access is difficult.

Consumers have a 14-day cancellation right after receipt, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Detailed terms, the model form and online function are on the Cancellation, returns and refunds page linked below, which forms part of these terms.

Return costs are covered by Bren-nholz, including pallets.

Intact packaging is not required and opened bags are not automatically excluded. A deduction for loss of value may apply for handling beyond necessary inspection, subject to applicable law.

For damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods, contact us with your reference and a description of the issue. Statutory defect rights, including sections 434 onwards and 437 BGB, apply independently of cancellation. Notifying the carrier helps processing; failing to note a reservation does not remove your statutory rights.

Data processing is described in the privacy policy linked below. German law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable to them. Court jurisdiction remains governed by law.
